What are peptides?

Peptides are short-chain amino acids that act as the building blocks of protein. They help the body create proteins like collagen, elastin, and keratin and work to improve the skin’s resiliency, texture, strength and appearance.

We all know that ageing is associated with decreased levels of collagen and elastin in the skin but the collagen molecule is way too big to be absorbed and utilized by the skin when applied topically.
